Usage monitoring for security

• When you are logged in, we record how our apps are used: the pages you open and how long they are open, and the requests made with your login.
• We also record your device (browser type and an app-generated device ID) and your IP address with its approximate country and network.
• We use this only to keep the platform and your account safe, for example to spot automated scripts or a shared or stolen login. We never record your password or what you type into forms.
• Detailed request logs are deleted after 90 days and page-visit records after 180 days. Security alerts are kept for 1 year and daily usage summaries for 2 years.
• Logins that are not used for 30 days are signed out automatically.
